Ciara, Russell Wilson’s girlfriend, swore her loyalty to Tom Brady and the Patriots during last season’s playoff run
Ciara, pop singer and girlfriend of Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, was rooting for the Patriots in last year’s playoffs.
In an Instagram post timestamped 23 weeks ago – which lines up with the Patriots divisional round victory over the Baltimore Ravens – Ciara posted a video with the caption, “Ratchet Take: Go #Patriots!! #Tombrady All Day Er Day #FootballSaturday.’’

“I’m feeling so good right now because the Patriots just won,’’ she says in the video. “You all know I rep Tom Brady all day every day. Straight up, don’t nobody try to come at Tom Brady or it’s going to be crazy.’’
The Patriots beat the Seahawks 28-24 in Super Bowl XLIX, and Malcolm Butler’s interception of Wilson sealed the game in the final minute. That game was just 22 days after Ciara’s Instagram post about Brady and the Pats, and Wilson and Ciara got together after the season was over.
