[fragment number=1]Brady’s appeal must be heard within 10 days of being filed, as per the league’s collective bargaining agreement (article 46, section 2), which means that the hearing will happen no later than May 24. Whether Kraft’s decision to give up his fight in exchange for some leniency for his quarterback remains to be seen.
