Malcolm Brown, DT, Texas: The Patriots used the last pick of the first round on the 320 pound Brown, who should help to replace Vince Wilfork.
Jordan Rchards, S, Stanford: The Patriots picked the ultra-quick, 211 pound Richards with the 64th overall pick.
Geneo Grissom, DE/LB, Oklahoma: the Patriots used the 97th pick to select the versatile Grissom, who played tight end, defensive end, and linebacker in college.
Trey Flowers, DE/LB, Arkansas: The Patriots grabbed another edge player with the 101st pick, which was acquired in the Logan Mankins trade.
Tre’ Jackson, OG, Florida State: The Patriots addressed a need at the offensive line with the 111th pick, nabbing FSU’s Jackson.
Shaq Mason, C, Georgia Tech: The Patriots went back to the OL well at 131 overall, picking Mason.
Joe Cardona, LS, Navy: The Patriots had no long snapper on the roster entering the draft, but picked Cardona in the fifth round to shore up that need.
Matt Wells, LB, Mississippi State: The Patriots used the second pick of the sixth round on Wells, who could provide linebacker depth and contribue on special teams.
A.J. Derby, TE, Arkansas: In the sixth round, the Patriots added the former college QB Derby to an improved tight end group.
Darryl Roberts, CB, Marshall: The Patriots addressed the secondary again in the seventh round with the addition of Roberts.
Xzavier Dickson, DE/LB, Alabama: The Patriots continued to add versatile defenders in the front seven by selecting Dickson with their final pick.
