This Was Tim Tebow’s Best Moment as a New England Patriot
Tim Tebow had a short career as a New England Patriot.
On June 11, 2013, the Patriots signed Tebow to a non-guaranteed deal and brought him into camp. Bill Belichick called Tebow a “talented player’’ but declined to elaborate much further. Unlike the Eagles, who tweeted a picture of Tebow signing his contract Monday, the Patriots didn’t exactly lap up the publicity. They released him six weeks later, before the start of the regular season.

Tebow didn’t do anything wrong in New England, per se, but if he did a ton of stuff right, Belichick and Tom Brady made sure we didn’t see it. Tebow didn’t play a down in a regular season game.
Tebow’s best Patriots moment came in the team’s final preseason game, when he threw for two touchdowns against the Giants, the second a 52-yarder to wide receiver Quentin Sims.

Thanks for the memories, Tim.
