The Onion Made the Best Deflategate Joke of Them All
Satirical news website The Onion has won the internet Deflategate joke sweepstakes.
The website scooped all the NFL insiders Tuesday when it reported the NFL was investigating whether or not the Patriots played the AFC Championship Game with a properly inflated Vince Wilfork.
The veteran nose tackle is conservatively listed at 325 pounds on the team website. It’s the second time in two days that Wilfork has made headlines, following his heroic efforts in rescuing a driver from an overturned car early Monday morning.
