Isaiah Thomas and his wife, Kayla, are expecting another child

Gordon Hayward didn’t exactly boom with excitement when he found out that his wife is expecting a third daughter. Isaiah Thomas and his wife, Kayla, went with a confetti cannon for their gender reveal, and it sounds like the former Celtics star had a similar reaction.
Kayla shared a video Tuesday of her husband blasting confetti — pink confetti — into the sky. She wrote, “More life” with a heart emoji in the caption.
In the comments, Isaiah responded, “I can’t wait!!!! “Daddy is always happy (Gordon Hayward voice).”

The video also includes a series of moments with the couple’s son, Jaiden, and Thomas’s son from a previous relationship, James. At one point, the two boys listen intently to Kayla’s baby bump, before one says, “I hear something!”
The couple were married in 2016 with some of the then-Celtics point guard’s teammates in attendance. Thomas, who was traded to the Cavaliers the following year and has since played for the Lakers, agreed to a one-year deal with the Denver Nuggets this week.
