Isaiah Thomas made a cameo on ‘Law & Order: SVU’

Isaiah Thomas made his acting debut on Wednesday night in a cameo appearance on “Law & Order: SVU.”

The former Celtic played himself in an episode titled, “Complicated.” He makes a speech at a press conference before handing out a ceremonial Cavaliers jersey.

“One of the coolest things I’ve ever done,” Thomas noted when he filmed the segment for the show in September.

Thomas was traded from the Celtics to the Cavs in an offseason blockbuster deal, resulting in his departure to Cleveland while Kyrie Irving came to Boston. Still recovering from a hip injury, he might not make his Cavs debut until January, 2018.
