You’ll never guess who Mark Wahlberg picked as the greatest Boston athlete (Yes, you will)
Spoiler alert: It’s TB12.
Mark Wahlberg has been just about everywhere doing press for his new movie Daddy’s Home. Now, ESPN has asked him to pick the greatest Boston athlete, in his opinion. Yes, we know: a very hard choice, for sure.
ESPN gave Wahlberg a bracket which started with a selection between Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski. Wahlberg chose Brady because: “He’s got more rings.’’
A minute later, after a bunch of picks which included choosing between Pedro Martinez and David Ortiz, Larry Bird and Paul Pierce, and Ray Bourque and Bobby Orr, the final bracket came down to Tom Brady and Bobby Orr. The winner? Tom Brady! Ding, ding, ding! Wanna know why?
