Hafley responded to the praise on Twitter.
Boston College football coach Jeff Hafley earned a shout-out from the podium at the NFL Combine.
Ohio State cornerback Jeff Okudah, a projected top-five pick, played under Hafley last season when Hafley was the co-defensive coordinator for the Buckeyes. Hafley had previously worked as a secondary coach for the 49ers.
“He’s had a tremendous impact on my life,” Okudah said. “Without Coach Hafley, I might not be in this position I am.”
