Profane Celtics fan interrupts Stephen A. Smith during Mayweather-McGregor coverage
Tom Brady may not have been in attendance this time for the anticipated bout between texting buddy Floyd Mayweather and mixed martial artist Conor McGregor. But that doesn’t mean the New England sports scene didn’t have any representation at the Saturday night spectacle in Las Vegas.
For better or worse.
During ESPN’s post-fight coverage, a Celtics hat-wearing man — apparently not a fan of Mayweather — profanely interrupted commentator Stephen A. Smith’s analysis of the 40-year-old boxer’s victory.
(The fan, who also gestures explicitly, says six words and a third of them are F-bombs, so consider yourself warned.)

“F— the Mayweathers, f— the Mayweathers” the fan said, momentarily drifting into the camera shot.
“Friend of yours?” anchor Steve Levy bemusedly asked Smith.
“I have no idea who the man is,” Smith replied.
Nevertheless, the unidentified man joins an illustrious group of video-bombing Celtics fans.
