Fresh off a World Series championship, Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts shared a photo of his daughter, who was born Tuesday.

“Never knew what unconditional love meant or how it felt until I met this little princess,” Betts wrote alongside a series of photos. “Nov 6th 2018 is a day I’ll never forget.”
In September, Betts posted to his Instagram account a gender-reveal video clip featuring his girlfriend, Brianna Hammonds, with the message, “Princess on the way. And boys….she’s off limits.”

On Monday, Betts was named a finalist for the American League MVP award.
