David Ortiz threw out the ceremonial first pitch at Fenway Park Friday night after the Red Sox retired his No. 34 and not even old teammate Jason Varitek could frame this one for a strike.

Big Papi laughed off the errant throw, and he didn’t even have the worst first pitch of the night.
That honor went to newly drafted Phoenix Suns rookie Josh Jackson.
