Dave Dombrowski says John Farrell will return as Red Sox manager next season
Dombrowski said Farrell and the entire coaching staff will be back.

Just 10 hours after the Red Sox were eliminated by the Cleveland Indians in the ALDS, Red Sox President Dave Dombrowski cut short what could have been a long winter of speculation around manager John Farrell’s job.
Farrell came under fire over the course of the season for his use of the pitching staff, in addition to smaller miscues such as substitutions and baserunning calls.
Dombrowski didn’t limit the guarantee to his manger, either:

While some fans will be upset by the decision, continuity among the coaching staff should make for a smooth transition from the David Ortiz era into the dance-filled Red Sox future.
