Red Sox to begin selling playoff tickets today at noon
Time to get ready for October.
With the Red Sox’ magic number for clinching a playoff berth shrinking as September rolls on, the team announced it will be letting fans purchase playoff tickets.
The team will begin selling playoff tickets on Friday, Sept. 23 at noon. The Red Sox will make tickets available on their website. No tickets will be available for sale at the ticket office. Fan with disabilities can call (877) RED-SOX9. Hearing impaired fans can call the TTY line at (617) 226-6644.
There is a four ticket limit in place
Here are the categories and prices:
Standing Room: $50
Bleacher Seats: $60
Grandstand: $90
Right Field Box: $130
Pavillion Box: $130
Loge Box: $195
Field Box: $195

Sale dates for potential ALCS tickets will be announced at a later date, according to the team.
The team has nine games left to play after these tickets go on sale. What happens in these remaining games will determine whether fans are buying tickets to a divisional series or potentially a wild-card game.
