This teaser for David Ortiz’s retirement documentary will make Red Sox fans weepy
David Ortiz is already getting nostalgic, which is bound to make Red Sox fans nostalgic, too.
The Red Sox slugger, who will retire after this season, is featured in a four-part documentary series about his final season titled “David Ortiz: The Last Walk Off.’’ The parts will air over the course of the MLB season, and conclude with a 30-minute special at the season’s end. And the sad documentary appears to be truly sad.
Here’s a sneak peak of the documentary, which includes some great moments from spring training between Big Papi and teammates Xander Bogaerts, Pablo Sandoval, and Hanley Ramirez.
