Someone paid $510 For a Baseball Signed by 13-Year-Old Mo’ne Davis
As if being 13-years-old isn’t awkard enough, imagine being 13-years-old and hearing some creep paid $510 for a baseball you scribbled your name on.
That’s exactly what happened to Mo’ne Davis, the Philadelphia Little League star who received national attention (the cover of Sports Illustrated, for one) for helping her team to the Little League World Series.

Davis’ team, the Philadelphia Taney Dragons, were eliminated from play Thursday with a 6-5 loss to Chicago. There’s a lot of other Davis memorobilia on eBay, including other baseballs and Sports Illustrated issues. Let’s hope the adults chill out a little bit over the weekend.
