Report: Henry files for divorce
Red Sox principal owner John Henry has filed for divorce against his second wife, Peggy Sue, according to a report in the Palm Beach Post. In the petition, Henry says the marriage is “irretrievably broken” and asks for equal parental responsibility, according to the Post.
Neither Henry nor his lawyer, Joel Weissman, would comment.
“None of this should affect the Sox’s bottom line,” sports business analyst Maury Brown told the newspaper. “It’s a big organization.”
