The winners of the 2026 Boston Marathon para divisions are listed below.

The results from the 2026 Boston Marathon para divisions are in.

Runners are placed into competitive divisions which adhere to the principles of the International Paralympic Committee Classification Code

T11, T12, and T13 are for athletes who have visual impairments. T61-64 and T42-44 are for athletes who have lower limb impairments. T45, T46, and T47 are for athletes who have upper limb impairments. T35-T38 are for athletes with coordination impairments. T20 is for athletes with intellectual impairments.
