With Notre Dame taking on Boston College at Fenway Park on Saturday night, Red Sox slugger David Ortiz requested that a certain member of the Fighting Irish football team use his locker.

Ortiz asked that Notre Dame wide recevier Torii Hunter Jr., the son of five-time MLB All-Star Torii Hunter and a baseball player himself, borrow his locker for the Shamrock Series game, according to a tweet from Ryan Grooms, Notre Dame’s head football equipment manager.

Hunter Jr. is in his junior year, and has caught 21 passes for 267 yards and two touchdowns this season.

The Notre Dame (9-1) vs. BC (3-7) matchup will be the first football game at Fenway since the Boston Patriots’ last home game of the last AFL season in 1968.
