Delonte West reportedly has a job at the rehab facility he attended
He's on the right track thanks in large part to Mark Cuban.
Delonte West is employed at a place that helped turn his life around.
The former Celtics guard – who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2008 and was more recently spotted roaming the streets and identified as homeless – is now working at the Rebound therapy center in Florida that helped him recover, according to NBA reporter Shams Charania.

Charania shared that Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban reunited West with his mother in September and has stayed in close contact since. Cuban has provided periodic updates showing West’s progress and how far he’s come.
Back in November, Cuban tweeted that it’s “still an uphill battle,” but that West is making strides.
