Pete Frates is home from the hospital, the Red Sox are enjoying their last day off of the All-Star break, and the Celtics are prepping for Summer League tournament play.

Sources: Jonas Jerebko to sign with Jazz for 2 years, $8.2 million: Jerebko, 30, leaves the Boston Celtics, where he played the past two-plus seasons. He averaged 3.8 points in 15.8 minutes a game. Jerebko has played seven NBA seasons, spending the first four and a half with the Detroit Pistons. (ESPN)

Celtics will play 76ers in London in January: According to involved sources, the Celts will meet the 76ers in London next January. The schedule for the coming season is expected to be released next month, with the league’s Global Games potentially being announced prior to that. (Boston Herald)

Demi Lovato performs a private gig for guests (and Gronk) in Lynnfield: Lovato, clad in a red Rob Gronkowski jersey, performed the single for the fans, who were bused to the secret location. She was accompanied by Gronkowski, who stood to her left and danced with fans while tossing around a light-up football. Andy Murray stunned at Wimbledon; injured Novak Djokovic can’t finish match: Djokovic stopped playing because of a right elbow injury while trailing 2010 runner-up Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic, 7-6 (7-2), 2-0.
