Even TNT seemed to feel bad for the Celtics in Game 1

With the Cavaliers building a dominant lead against them, even the TNT scoreboard appeared to feel bad for the Celtics during Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

After LeBron James assisted a wide-open dunk by Cleveland teammate Tristan Thompson early in the third quarter at TD Garden, the scoreboard visible on the TV broadcast mistakenly tacked the points on to Boston’s relatively meager tally.

The mistake was quickly rectified — and the Cavs’ 28-point lead was visible to all.
