Isaiah Thomas ranks himself third in NBA MVP race — ahead of LeBron James

The Boston Celtics may have locked up the top seed in the Eastern Conference, but Isaiah Thomas wouldn’t say he’s the top pick for the league’s MVP award.

In an interview with former Celtics player and current CSNNE analyst Brian Scalabrine, Thomas shared his top five picks for this season’s most valuable player. IT didn’t rank himself first, but he did put himself ahead of LeBron James.

2. James Harden

3. Isaiah Thomas

4. Kawhi Leonard

5. LeBron James
