Watch Jaylen Brown throw down his first career dunk as a Celtic
The 20-year-old rookie showcased plenty of athleticism in his Celtic debut
Jaylen Brown made no secret about his intentions to attack the rim this summer as he began his NBA journey. The 20-year-old backed up that talk in his regular season debut on Wednesday night against the Brooklyn Nets.
The 6-foot-7 forward was the first man off the bench for Brad Stevens in Boston’s 121-116 win and he did not waste any time in showing that aggressive mentality during his first career bucket.

Brown continued to be a frequent visitor to the paint during the contest, as shown by his first career dunk in the fourth quarter and a forceful take against Nets 7-footer Justin Hamilton. The latter produced a trip to the free throw line and plenty of approval from the Garden crowd.

The No. 3 overall pick also showcased his low post game, including a nifty turnaround fadeaway off the glass that had the Garden buzzing.
