Isaiah Thomas fired off a perfect series of tweets after being named an All-Star

Isaiah Thomas is excited to be an All-Star.

The Boston Celtics guard was named an Eastern Conference reserve for the NBA All-Star team Thursday. It’s the first All-Star nod for Thomas in five NBA seasons, and is validation for a 2015-16 campaign in which he’s averaging 21.6 points and 6.6 assists per game.

In a series of tweets Thursday night, Thomas couldn’t hide his glee.
