These Rajon Rondo highlights will make even hardened, jaded Celtics fans miss him
Did you see that Rajon Rondo dunk? What about the pass, the other night? No not that one, the really sick one.
The former Celtics guard is back in the Vine game this season after a Dallas detour that didn’t produce nearly as many jaw-dropping plays as we’re used to.
The latest Rondo highlight is a dunk Thursday night that got the Kings bench off its feet:

I see you, Rajon. Tuesday night against the Jazz, Rondo toyed with Utah guard Trey Burke, going behind the back before dishing off to Rudy Gay for the slam.

And Sunday against Oklahoma City, Rondo pulled what can only be described as a Rondo, grabbing an offensive rebound and — in one motion — dishing behind his back to a teammate for a 3-pointer.

On the season, Rondo is averaging 12.6 points and 11 assists (which leads the NBA). That kind of passing should be familiar to Celtics fans, as should Rondo’s .453 shooting percentage, which is not so good for a guy who doesn’t shoot threes.
