Garnett, Rondo named to All-Defensive team
Celtics forward Kevin Garnett and Celtics guard Rajon Rondo have been named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team, the NBA announced today. They join Magic center Dwight Howard, Lakers guard Kobe Bryant, and Heat forward LeBron James on the team.
Garnett and Bryant were named to the team for the ninth time, tying Michael Jordan and Gary Payton for the most in NBA history.
Former Celtic Tony Allen made the second team.
