Allen: Celtics out of sync
Celtics guard Ray Allen said his team’s offense was off all night. It was particularly bad in the fourth quarter, when the Celtics missed nine consecutive shots to close out the game.
“We were definitely out of sync,” said Allen. “We didn’t have any ball movement. It gave them momentum on their offense. We never had a flow all night.”
Allen said the Celtics keyed in on Russell Westbrook with Kevin Durant out, but it didn’t seem to matter.
“We knew he was going to be more aggressive,” said Allen. “I don’t think we did a bad job. He just made plays.”
