Elton Brand is the second Sixers started sidelined (say that ten times fast) tonight. Brand joins Lou Williams on the bench.

Jrue Holiday will start for Philadelphia at guard, with Jason Smith at forward.

  • On the Celtics’ recent slump of sorts, Jordan said “Their body of work is better than their last five. They’re looking at us as a team that they dominated (105-74 on Nov. 3). We’ve got to come out and take a physical presence and not be intimidated.”
