Redd out
Bucks guard Michael Redd (high ankle sprain) is out for tonight’s game, and possibly tomorrow night’s game against Phoenix, according to coach Scott Skiles.
“This is not an ideal team [to face] where you want to be lacking scoring in your starting lineup,” said Skiles. “In this building, they come out and try to stick you early…you’ve got to get some baskets. Other guys will have to step up.”
Celtics coach Doc Rivers said his team’s approach won’t change with Redd out.
“We don’t look at that,” said Rivers. “We’re trying to get better. The opponent is the opponent whether Redd players or not. We’re just trying to improve our team.”
