Cavs coach Mike Brown was asked if he thought LeBron James gets unfair criticism for being overly dramatic after foul calls.
“I don’t read the newspapers or listen to what people say on TV,” said Brown. “If I did, and they were saying good things about me, my head would get too big. If they were saying bad things, I would probably get too sad.”
