Rondo calm, collected
Rajon Rondo is the only who has never played in an NBA playoff game.
“I’m not nervous,” said Rondo. “I feel fine. It’s the same as any other gameday really. I’m a little more prepared for the Hawks, but other than that I feel the same.”
Rondo said he felt more excited when he first walked in, but he took a shower to relax. He said he had to be careful not to get too hyped up too early.
“It will take all of the adrenaline out of you, and then you won’t have any gas,” he said.

Rondo said he’s never even been to an NBA playoff game in person. He’s played in five NCAA tournament games, but said described the NBA playoffs as the biggest stage in basketball.
