Instead of providing a lot of game updates, I’ll try to give more of a sense of the scene here at the Garden during the last game of the regular season.

Kevin Garnett left at the 3:22 mark in the first, just after he blocked a shot by Nenad Krstic into the stands. Garnett got a standing ovation from the crowd. Not sure how much more KG will play tonight.

Tony Allen came in for Ray Allen on the next possession.

  • Kendrick Perkins appeared to be walking up the court on just about every offensive possession.
  • If it’s ‘Fan Appreciation Night’, why did the Celtics schedule the Nets? I kid, I kid.
