Sloan’s take
Jazz coach Jerry Sloan thought this was a good test for his team.
“I’ve got a young team, and they’ve got to learn how to play in these conditions,” Sloan said after his team defeated the Celtics tonight. “That’s why I was proud of the fact that they held their composure. They got knocked down a few times, but they held their composure and stayed with what we wanted to try to do. That’s something that we’ve had problems with in the past, and it’s a sign of a team maturing and becoming a little better under those conditions.”
