LeBron’s injury
LeBron James said he stepped on Paul Pierce’s ankle toward the end of the second quarter. James, though it was not perfectly clear who’s James came down on. The Cavs superstar left the game but returned for the second half.
“I know my ankle, and I know tomorrow it is going to be a lot worse,” said James. “So hopefully I will get some treatment tomorrow, and be ready for Friday.
“I have had my share of ankle injuries the first thing I thought was ‘not again not another one to go down for our team’, we have been hit with the injury bug, the cold bug, guys have been walking around here sick and injured, I didn’t want to go down.”
