Doc on Sam
Doc Rivers wouldn’t say much on the possibility of Sam Cassell coming to the Celtics. He mentioned that the league has the ability to file tampering charges as the reason he needed to keep quiet.
“He’s (Cassell) a nice guy,” said Rivers. “He’s a competitor too…You can’t say much. You really can’t.”
