The Celtics were unable to get any breathing room here in the first half against the Timberwolves.
Kendrick Perkins is leading the Celtics with 14 points.
At one point in the quarter, Minnesota went with a lineup of Antoine Walker, Gerald Green, Al Jefferson, Sebastian Telfair, and Ryan Gomes.
Green is feisty tonight. He’s yelling after made shots. He’s talking. He’s tripping Glen Davis as Davis runs up the floor (no foul was called). Green had eight points in the first half.
Davis, meanwhile, fell to the floor at least three times during his 11 minutes of play. He looks tired.
