Ray Allen was cautious when answering a question on whether he wanted to see Gary Payton in a Celtics uniform. He waited a moment before composing his answer.
“He’s definitely a Hall of Famer,” Allen said in the locker room before tonight’s game. “I like who we have on this team.”
