Video: All the goals from the Bruins’ Game 1 overtime win over the Blue Jackets
Charlie Coyle scored twice, including the game-winner.
The Bruins won Game 1 of their second-round playoff series against the Blue Jackets Thursday, 3-2.
Noel Acciari’s shorthanded goal and overall smothering play gave the Bruins a 1-0 lead after 20 minutes.
Play evened out as the game went on, though, and Columbus scored twice in 13 seconds. Charlie Coyle tied the game late in the third period and subsequently scored the game-winning goal in overtime.
Here are all the goals from the night:
First period
Noel Acciari, 1-0 Bruins
Charlie McAvoy prevented a Blue Jackets zone entry on a penalty kill and the puck squirted out into open ice. Fourth line forward took advantage of a two-on-one opportunity and beat Columbus goalie Sergei Bobrovsky on the blocker side 10:34 into the period.

Second period
Neither the Bruins nor the Blue Jackets scored in the second period.
Third Period
Riley Nash, 1-1
Blue Jackets defenseman Seth Jones launched a slap shot from the back of the zone, which took two bounces: one, off ex-Bruin Riley Nash. Two, off forward Brandon Dubinsky. Columbus tied the game nearly eight minutes into the third period.

Artemi Panarin, 2-1 Blue Jackets
Just 13 seconds after Dubinsky’s goal, another deflection helped the Blue Jackets take the lead. Star winger Artemi Panarin loaded up a slapshot that would have went wide left of the goal had it not bounced off Dubois’s leg. The puck bounced through Tuukka Rask’s legs as he tried to re-adjust.

Charlie Coyle, 2-2
Charlie Coyle scored for the second game in a row off a cross-crease pass from Marcus Johansson, tucking the puck in between Bobrovsky’s pad and the short side goal post. The Bruins tied the game just over 15 minutes into the third period.

Overtime (!)
Charlie Coyle, 3-2 Bruins
More picture-perfect passing. Danton Heinen dished the puck to Johansson on the left, who then fired a long pass from the faceoff circle to Coyle, who caught the puck head-on. He redirected it into the net behind Bobrovsky to win Game 1 for the Bruins.

Game 2 is scheduled for 8 p.m. Saturday at TD Garden. It will air on NBC.
