Days after shipping off Milan Lucic and Dougie Hamilton and adding ten players via the draft, the Bruins on Monday acquired Philadelphia Flyers forward Zac Rinaldo in exchange for their pick in the 2017 NHL Draft.

Rinaldo, 25, had a goal and five assists in 58 games played in 2014-15. He led the Flyers in penalty minutes (102), just as he had the prior three years. An enforcer, Ronaldo was suspended eight games for a headshot on the Penguins’ Kris Letang.

The 5’11’’, 185-pound Ontario native has eight goals, 16 assists and 572 penalty minutes in four seasons, all of them spent in Philadelphia.
