A raspberry beret won’t keep the sun out of your eyes at Prince’s five-acre Turks and Caicos estate, so you’ll need a hat with a broad brim — on top of a big bank account — if you want to buy the property at auction this July.

The late singer and songwriter’s 10,000-square-foot clifftop mansion on Providenciales Island in Turks and Caicos has two private beaches, a 200-foot dock, six bedrooms, six baths, dark wood-beamed ceilings, walls of glass, terraces, and a pool, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com. To get to the home, you must pass the guard house and head up the signature purple driveway.

Prince’s luxurious island estate, previously priced at $12 million, will be going up for auction with no starting bid minimum. A refundable $100,000 bidder’s registration fee is required, and all bids must be delivered by July 12. Premier Estates Auction Co. is handling the sale.

Located about 600 miles from Miami, the island is a popular vacation destination for Hollywood celebrities such as Brad Pitt, Christie Brinkley, and Eva Longoria.

Prince died at his home, Paisley Park, located in Chanhassen, Minn., in April 2016. He was 57.
