Biggest sales: A Commonwealth Ave. penthouse with a roof deck for $5.1 million
A Back Bay penthouse with a private roof deck was the region’s priciest sale last week, going off the market for $5,100,000.
Benjamin Haywood of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential sold the brownstone unit on Wednesday, May 29. The property, 313 Commonwealth Ave., Unit 3, measures 2,761 square feet with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The residence is a duplex with three fireplaces, two terraces, a wet bar, and French doors. Direct elevator access is available for both levels of the unit, as well as to the basement, where the new owners will have a full deeded parking space.
