Biggest sales: A condo with Public Garden views and a wine cellar for $5.7 million
The property comes with three bedrooms, a wine cellar, and two garage parking spaces.
Located on the corner of Arlington and Boylston streets, Heritage on the Garden is one of the most exclusive residential buildings in the city. At 300 Boylston St., it sits across from the Public Garden and atop a floor of luxury retail shops. On May 23, Brian Dougherty of Compass sold a condo there for $5,750,000, making it one of the region’s priciest sales last week.
Unit 502 is a front-facing duplex-style residence, affording it views of the Public Garden. The duplex measures 2,728 square feet, with three bedrooms (one is used as an office) and 2.5 baths.
The unit features a master suite with walk-in closets, hardwood floors, wainscot, molding, a laundry room, and a renovated kitchen adjacent to a wine cellar.
The sale also comes with two garage parking spaces, 24-hour concierge service, a door attendant, valet parking, a library/clubroom, and daily tea service.
