On April 13, this 6,772 square-foot home in Newton, with six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, sold for $2,675,000, above the town’s $886,400 median home value. Built in the Federal Colonial style near Newton Center, the home has been renovated, while still including period details. It also has high-end appliances, a finished lower level, and an attached two-car garage.
