Renting

Cape Cod rental homes still available for summer vacation

This condo rental in Chatham goes for around $765 per night. HomeAway

Back in February, the Boston Globe warned that summer rentals were already going fast, noting that weekly home leases were close to 10 percent higher this year than in 2015.

“The rental activity has been extremely strong,” Tina LeBeau, a rental agent for Kinlin Grover Real Estate in Harwich Port, told the Globe. “I’m even getting requests for summer rentals in 2017, which I can’t deal with right now. I’m too busy.”

Though many rentals are booked already, it’s not too late to find something for your summer travels, especially if you are willing to go in late June or late August.
