The median price for a pending single-family home sale in Massachusetts was $415,000 in December, a nearly 11 percent jump from December 2018, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors reported Wednesday, and the news was also good for condo sellers. The median pending sale price for units was $385,0000, a 7 percent increase.
