Overlooking Massachusetts Bay, the town of Scituate is best known for its outdoor recreation. The median home value here is $559,700, according to the Zillow realty site, and prices are expected to rise 4.9 percent within the next year.
We found three properties in the area that are hosting open houses this weekend, with prices ranging from $615,000 to $1,039,000. Check them out:
