Three must-see open houses in Needham this weekend
We look at a contemporary, a Colonial, and a Cape with prices ranging from $985,000 to $1,750,000.
Needham is known as the hometown of Olympic gold medalist Aly Raisman and a Thanksgiving Day football rivalry that dates to 1882, but it’s also home to a high school that US News & World Report ranked 11th in the state in 2016.
The median home value in Needham is $915,400, according to Zillow. We found three properties — a Colonial, a contemporary, and a Cape — just above or really above that price point. Check them out:
1253 Great Plain Ave.
This renovated Colonial, listed for $985,000, has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 3,343 square feet of living space on a 0.18-acre lot. The first-floor master suite offers a fireplace, double closets, and a deck. The renovated kitchen features white cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and granite counters. The dining room opens up to a living room with a fireplace, and the family room has a vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace. The home also has a library.
There will be an open house on Sunday, July 22, from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
