Three must-see open houses in Newbury this weekend

In the North Shore town of Newbury, the population is just over 7,000, the high school is regional, and the median home value is $528,500 (Zillow.com). If living in a coastal community with large swaths of protected land is what you are after, check out these properties, which are hosting open houses this weekend:
