There are no plastic cows, but this gorgeous Colonial on Hilltop Avenue (ring any cowbells?) has a kitchen setup in the backyard to rival a steakhouse.

The Lynx gas grill (with piped-in natural gas) has a searing station, rotisserie, and side burners and is perched next to a bar faced with stone and topped with a long granite counter. There is a stampede of stainless-steel refrigerators (four), enough to segregate beverage by the age of the drinker or type of the drink.

This kitchen looks out to a landscaped backyard dotted with cabanas, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit, along with a two-hole micro putting green with a full-size golf ball washer.

Stairs lead up to the broad composite deck (with its own built-in gas fire pit) and a sliding door into a family room with recessed lighting, space for an enviable television, a gas fireplace, and a hardwood floor of ash.

The living room shares this open-concept layout with the indoor kitchen, its cabinets clad in planks of red birch customized so the wood grain matches door to door and drawer to drawer. The appliances are stainless steel, and a 15-foot-long multiple-level granite prep island offers seating for at least seven.

The formal dining room features a chandelier, double crown molding, a chair rail, and granite-topped columns and adjoins a sitting room with access to the foyer via French doors. The ceiling is at least 20 feet high in the foyer, topped by a motorized chandelier. On the other side of the foyer is the office.

The home’s four bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite easily accommodates a king-size bed and has a dressing room and a stairs to insulated storage in the attic. The master’s walk-in closet is flat-out big at 300 square feet. The en suite bath offers a picture window, a deep whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity with a marble top. The flooring is also marble. The other bedrooms are comfortably sized and get plenty of natural light. All the bedrooms have custom closet shelving.

There home also has an unfinished walkout basement and an attached two-car garage. The driveway and walkway set an elegant tone with pavers that complement the home’s real stone and wood siding.

Listing broker Melissa Silva of Windhill Realty will hold an open house on Sunday, Oct. 25, from noon to 2 p.m.
